Job summary

GLC Business Services seeks a Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee HVAC, mechanical, and piping construction projects from inception to completion. You will manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and procurement while maintaining strong client relations and field operations to deliver safe, on-time, and within-budget results.

Collaborate with owners, engineers, field supervisors, and contractors to resolve issues, drive progress, and ensure quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of project management experience in the mechanical construction industry.
• Experience managing HVAC, piping, and mechanical construction projects.
• Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
• Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar software preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage HVAC/mechanical/piping construction projects from inception to completion.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, procurement, client relations, and field operations.
• Collaborate with owners, engineers, field supervisors, and contractors to resolve issues.
• Lead owner, architect, and contractor (OAC) meetings and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Monitor progress, enforce safety/compliance, and ensure quality and contract adherence.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
