Job summary

GLC Business Services, Inc. is seeking an HVAC Project Manager in Buffalo, NY. The role directs mechanical construction projects from kickoff to closeout, coordinating with owners, engineers, and field teams to deliver on time and within budget.

You will manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors while ensuring safety and quality standards across all project phases. Travel to sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of five years of project management experience in mechanical construction.
• Experience managing HVAC, piping, and mechanical construction projects.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, and cost control skills.
• Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore/Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage HVAC/mechanical/piping construction projects from inception to closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
• Review drawings, specs, contracts, and scope of work.
• Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Monitor performance and implement corrective actions to meet contract requirements.
• Lead client, owner, and contractor meetings; maintain stakeholder relations.
• Oversee field supervision, safety, and site coordination.
• Maintain project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
