GLC Business Services in Buffalo, New York, is seeking a Project Manager to lead HVAC, mechanical and piping construction projects. You will plan, coordinate, and oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, procurement, client relations, and field operations to deliver projects on time, safely and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of project management experience in the mechanical construction industry.
• Experience managing HVAC, piping, and mechanical construction projects.
• Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
• Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate HVAC, mechanical, and piping construction projects from start to finish.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
• Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors to meet objectives.
• Monitor performance, implement corrective actions, and ensure safety compliance.
• Lead owner, architect, and contractor meetings and maintain stakeholder relations.
• Ensure projects meet contract requirements, quality standards, and client satisfaction.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
