Job summary

Thermosystems in Illinois seeks a Project Manager to oversee a broad range of mechanical processes, from estimating to design review. You will coordinate kick-off, progress, and close-out meetings, and gather client requirements to prepare working drawings.

You will liaise with customers, vendors, engineers, and internal teams to ensure milestones are met. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years managing projects, HVAC experience preferred, and solid proficiency with Microsoft 365.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing projects.
• HVAC experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a wide range of mechanical processes including estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, and design review.
• Coordinate project kick-off meetings, progress meetings, and close-out activities.
• Gather project requirements directly from clients and prepare working drawings.
• Work independently and with management to prepare/submit project proposals.
• Serve as primary liaison between customers, vendors, engineers, and internal teams.
