Job summary

Thermosystems, LLC, a Daikin group member, is seeking a proactive project manager in hybrid Elkhart, IN. You will oversee a wide range of HVAC project activities, coordinating with clients, vendors, engineers, and internal teams to meet milestones.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 5 years of project management experience in HVAC, with proficiency in Microsoft 365. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing projects.
• HVAC experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365.”

Responsibilities

• Manage all managerial and administrative aspects of mechanical projects including estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, progress billing, design review, coordination, and more.
• Coordinate project kick-off meetings, progress meetings, and close-out activities.
• Gather project requirements directly from clients and facilitate preparation of working drawings.
• Serve as the primary liaison between customers, vendors, engineers, and internal teams.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to ensure project milestones are met.
• All other duties assigned.
