Job summary

Texas AirSystems, LLC. is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate submittals, equipment selection, pricing and ship dates for HVAC projects. You will work closely with the Sales Team, customers and manufacturers to ensure timely completion and satisfaction.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field and 3–5 years of PM experience in HVAC or related environments, with strong communication and MS Office skills. Office-based with some field visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field and typically 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager in HVAC or related environment.
• Experience with MEP consulting, architecture, CAD, and construction industry a plus.
• Strong prioritization, multi-tasking, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project files throughout duration.
• Optimize project through selection, specs, plans, estimates, proposals.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, MEP consultants and contractors.
• Organize data for order entry.
• Respond to and track IOM and submittal requests.
• Read and interpret building plans and specs.
• Develop relationships with customers, contractors, engineers and manufacturers.
• Define project requirements to meet design, installation and maintenance expectations.
• Investigate concerns and implement corrective actions to maximize satisfaction.
