Job summary

Sears Holdings Corporation is seeking a Project Coordinator for Sears Home Improvement Products to manage the installation process for assigned products across districts. You will schedule, ensure quality and customer satisfaction, and oversee independent contractors and related services.

You will act as the primary liaison with customers on contracts and service issues, recruit subcontractors, and monitor compliance with permits, licenses, and insurance coverage.

Qualifications

• Strong operational experience in HVAC.
• Experience managing subcontractors or subcontractor-based business preferred.
• Ability to travel for site inspections; 8–10 inspections per month expected.
• Knowledge of licensing requirements related to installation/construction work.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
