You will coordinate with mechanical contractors, owners, and internal teams, visiting job sites regularly and managing multiple concurrent projects to meet client needs and project objectives. The role emphasizes strong project management skills, experience in construction or mechanical systems, and the ability to coordinate with subcontractors and engineers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Construction Project Management.
• Background in mechanical systems or construction; HVAC experience preferred but not required.
• Proficient with standard computer software and ability to learn manufacturer-specific programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage project including submittal and IOM process: preparation, review, submission, re-submissions, and approvals.
• Project issue resolution: investigate issues and resolve where possible.
• Job site inspections and project meetings: attend as required.
• Startup scheduling and coordination with support for startup paperwork.
• Document control: manage change orders, price requests, RFIs, and post-bid correspondence.
