Qualifications

• 3+ years in HVAC service or equivalent experience.
• Excellent customer service skills and communication.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Service Manager to understand on-site installation and repair requirements.
• Document start-up processes and service reports; use scheduling and invoicing tools.
• Act as the face of the company, ensuring customer satisfaction and quality handover.
• Identify and order parts as needed to restore equipment quickly.
• Support manufacturers represented by S Conley Sales and complete factory certifications.
