Job summary

S. Conley Sales, an HVAC equipment solutions provider based in Bozeman, MT, is seeking a Master Service Technician to perform startups and ongoing service on HVAC equipment for Montana and Wyoming projects.

You will collaborate with the Service Manager, manufacturers, engineers, and contractors to deliver a quality final product and lasting customer relationships. The role requires travel and mentorship of junior technicians, with factory training provided and opportunities to grow within the

Qualifications

• 15+ years in HVAC service, with an aptitude to understand mechanical HVAC systems and controls.
• Industry specific experience in Hospital and/or Resort work
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Strong technical skills
• Excellent customer service skills including troubleshooting and teamwork
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Drug screening and background check
• Strong self-directed work ethic and motivation to learn newest technologies in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Travel the states of Montana and Wyoming to perform detailed startups and service on equipment represented by S Conley Sales, Inc.
• Coordinate with Support Manager and customer to understand requirements for on-site installation and repairs.
• Represent the company as the direct customer contact to ensure satisfaction and quality handover.
• Independently manage daily business needs by identifying parts to order for repairs and coordinating with internal resources.
• Engage in factory training and certifications for manufacturers represented by S Conley Sales.
• Build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
