S. Conley Sales, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager in Bozeman to lead HVAC equipment projects across Montana and Wyoming. You will coordinate submittals, startup scheduling, and on-site activities, interfacing with contractors and engineers to ensure successful project delivery.

The role emphasizes strong project management skills, a mechanical background, and ability to learn software. Regular hours with potential flexibility align with client needs and busy project cycles.

Qualifications

• 5+ Years in Construction Project Management, engineering degree a plus.
• Background in mechanical systems or construction. HVAC preferred but not required.
• Proficient with standard computer software and ability to learn manufacturer-specific software programs.
• Full Time Position
• Base Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year DOE
• Performance Bonus Comp Plan
• Substantial Benefits Package
• Regular Business Hours are typically 8am to 5pm including a lunch break. Early out option on Fridays. Expectations are that hours will shift/expand to meet position objectives and client needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage project submittals, IOM, approvals, and coordination with customers.
• Coordinate equipment release, dates, lead times, shortages, and project worksheets.
• Resolve project issues through initial investigation and solution.
• Attend job site inspections and project coordination meetings as required.
• Coordinate startup scheduling and paperwork with support teams.
