Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate about 15 projects, including budgeting, staffing, cost estimates and progress reporting in Albuquerque, NM. This hybrid role combines remote work with regular office days.

The ideal candidate has HVAC controls industry experience, strong project management skills, and can lead cross-functional teams while managing client relationships and proposals to support business development.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in the HVAC controls industry.
• 1+ years of experience with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Capable of climbing ladders or using lift equipment above 8 feet above grade and capable of lifting items up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead project plans, schedules and budgets and gather resources to ensure completion.
• Manage project resources, drive planning and assign tasks to meet targets.
• Prepare reports to communicate project status to the team.
• Set objectives and guide the team to meet budgets and milestones.
• Identify problems and recommend solutions such as reallocating resources or adjusting specifications.
• Act as primary customer contact, develop relationships and meet client needs.
• Support business development by writing proposals and coordinating with client executives.
