Job summary

You will work with Sales Engineers on quoting, equipment selection, submittals, and pricing, blending technical precision with speed.

The role requires coordination with engineers, contractors, and end users, handling proposals, order tracking, and field coordination to ensure project success and customer

Qualifications

• Technical or engineering background; ability to understand and explain concepts in a technical field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; able to manage multiple tasks.
• Demonstrated ability to manage details and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assisting Account Executives in sales of products represented by Engineered Building Systems.
• Selection and pricing of HVAC equipment.
• Preparation of proposals and submittals.
• Order entry and tracking as required.
• Customer service as required.
• Jobsite meetings and field verification/coordination.
