Job summary

You will work with Sales, Customers and Manufacturers to ensure timely completion and maintain high customer satisfaction in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The role requires 3–5 years as a Project Manager in HVAC or related field (or 7–10 years combined education and experience), plus strong MS Office and CAD

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager in HVAC/estimating or related fields, or 7–10 years combined education and experience.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CAD familiarity.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage high-volume projects with good organization.
• Experience coordinating submittals, equipment selection, pricing, and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain job files for each project throughout its duration.
• Optimize the project through stages of product selection, specifications, plans, estimates, proposals, value engineering and redesigns.
• Manage multiple projects on an ongoing basis.
• Communicate with owners, architects, MEP consultants, and contractors.
• Organize project data for order entry and respond to submittal requests.
• Read, understand and interpret building plans and specifications.
• Develop and grow relationships with customers, contractors, project engineers and manufacturers.
