Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent
• Five years of field experience in mechanical/building controls applications preferred
• Strong communication and customer service mindset
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project tools

Responsibilities

• Create and manage project files from initiation to completion
• Estimate equipment applications, pricing, submittals, and orders
• Coordinate with owners, architects, MEP consultants, and contractors
• Maintain project billing milestones and margins
• Ensure timely completion while maintaining customer satisfaction
