Responsibilities

• Clear understanding of HVAC; read and understand mechanical plans and specs.
• Job site visits to ensure projects are on track.
• Understand mechanical plans and construction schedules.
• Create/track budgets and forecast cost to complete.
• Attend project meetings.
• Review contracts.
• Order materials and equipment.
• Identify change orders and COP prices.
• Build positive relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Work as a team with office and field.
