Job summary

ARCO a Family of Construction Companies in Downers Grove, IL is seeking a Project Manager focused on HVAC. You will lead estimating, scheduling, design/build coordination, and client meetings to align cost, scope, and schedule.

You will oversee RFIs, change-orders, and submittals throughout project lifecycles, coordinating field teams and ensuring on-time delivery. A base salary range is provided with discretionary bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 2–7+ years of HVAC project management experience.
• Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage an array of turn-key HVAC projects including estimating, scheduling, quality control, and progress reporting.
• Gather client requirements and facilitate preparation of working drawings.
• Submit project proposals and present to clients; manage RFIs and change-orders.
• Coordinate field operations, track costs, and manage project close-out and warranty issues.
