Job summary

frēijē Engineered Solutions Company is seeking a Project Manager to oversee construction initiatives from setup through closeout. You will manage budgets, schedules, documentation, and vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with plans, specs, and contracts.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), 3–7 years of experience, and proficiency with AutoCAD, Vista, Bluebeam, and MS Office. PMP or Construction Management background is preferred; mechanical engineering exposure is a

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Certification, professional license, or credential preferred.
• 3 to 7 years of relevant experience required.
• 7 to 10 years of relevant experience preferred.
• PMP or B.S. Construction Management preferred.
• Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology experience preferred.
• AutoCAD, Vista and Bluebeam system experience preferred.
• Microsoft Office Suite experience required.

Responsibilities

• Financial accountability for construction projects and project deliverables.
• Project setup (job add, submittals, project plan, etc.).
• Ordering equipment and/or materials
• Developing schedules based on estimate
• Administration of job site records
• Project close out (O and M, warranty letter, as-builts, etc.)
• Produce or price change orders
• Ownership of project management systems
• Vendor management
• Maintain budget
• Ability to read/interpret blueprints
• Ability to read plans and specs and translate into installation
• Ability to read and understand legal contracts
• Direct involvement in the functional project team for the life of the project
• Stay up-to-date on industry training and software advancements
