Job summary

BXB MEDIA is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the delivery of web, print and digital projects remotely. You will lead teams, manage timelines and scope, and communicate effectively with clients to meet expectations.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and MS Project. 3+ years PM experience and a bachelor’s degree are required; HVAC experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, oral & written.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Microsoft Project.
• Commercial HVAC experience preferred.
• 3+ Years experience in Project Management.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent.

Job Title: Project Manager

Department: Project Office

Reports to: Director of Project Office
Location: Remote

Work Hours: Monday thru Friday, flexible hours between 7:00am - 6:00pm, with occasional overtime
Pay Scale: $25.00-$30.00 hourly
