Job summary

BxB Media | A BDR Company is seeking a Project Manager to oversee web, print, and digital projects, ensuring on-time delivery within scope. This role requires strong leadership, proactive communication, and a detail-oriented mindset.

You will collaborate with internal teams and support the Marketing Coach in managing client expectations, timelines, and processes, while maintaining flexibility in hours in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, oral & written.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good computer skills including, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Microsoft Project.
• Commercial HVAC experience preferred
• 3+ Years experience in Project Management
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Oversee the successful delivery of web, print and digital projects, ensuring on-time completion within scope.
• Lead the internal team and communicate timelines and processes to clients effectively.
• Support the Marketing Coach in managing client expectations and coordinating tasks across teams.

Job description

Job Title: Project Manager

Department: Project Office

Reports to: Director of Project Office

Location: Remote

Work Hours: Monday thru Friday, flexible hours between 7:00am - 6:00pm, with occasional overtime

Pay Scale: $25.00-$30.00 hourly

Position Summary

The Project Manager oversees the successful delivery of web, print and digital projects; ensuring they are completed on time and within scope. This role requires a detail-oriented, organized and proactive individual who excels at team leadership and clear communication. The Project Manager works closely with the internal team and supports the Marketing Coach in managing client expectations by effectively communicating timelines and processes.
