Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to lead a variety of HVAC construction projects in the Brentwood area.

You will oversee schedules, budgets, field operations, and coordination with clients and subcontractors. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of HVAC field experience with at least 2 years in project management, strong ability to read drawings, and proficiency with ServiceTitan, Procore, Bluebeam or MS Project.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years HVAC field experience, including at least 2 years in project management.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
• Proficiency with industry software: ServiceTitan, Procore, Bluebeam or MS Project.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record; EPA Universal or PMP certification is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a variety of HVAC construction projects from kickoff to closeout.
• Coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, and clients to meet schedule and budget.
• Review drawings, specifications, and change orders; ensure quality and safety compliance.
• Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
