Job summary

Gulfstream Strategic Placements, LLC in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a permanent, full-time Project Manager for HVAC construction. You will lead multi-site commercial projects, ensuring on-time delivery, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager in large, commercial HVAC construction projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management.
• Advanced reading and redlining CAD drawings; familiarity with BIM, MS Project, Excel, and related tools.

Job description

This is a permanent, full time position with a great salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationship with existing and new potential customers.
• Communicate with suppliers to ensure best pricing and timing of materials.
• Coordinate with Superintendent, field, safety and management teams regularly.
• Submit change-order requests, RFI's, and manage project billings for projects.
• Manage projects from start-up to close-out, ensuring we are exceeding state codes and safety requirements.

Requirements

• 7+ years working as a Project Manager for a large, commercial HVAC Construction company working on large project.
• Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management.
• Advanced technical knowledge reading and redlining CAD drawings, working with BlueBeam, MS Project, Excel, and other BIM and project coordination/scheduling applications are a plus.
