KAR & Larrabee Mechanical Contractors is seeking a Project Manager to lead high-profile HVAC installations in our Florida operations. You will plan, coordinate, and oversee projects from design through completion, ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

The role calls for strong leadership, accurate budgeting, and proactive communication with clients, superintendents, and field crews to drive results.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management experience in HVAC or construction.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project.
• Excellent communication, budgeting, and leadership abilities.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and codes.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites.
