Job summary

Abstrakt Marketing Group is seeking an HVAC Project Manager in Gainesville, FL to plan, coordinate, and oversee HVAC installations and services from initiation to closeout.

The role requires 3–5 years of project management experience in HVAC or construction, strong leadership, and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, and AutoCAD. Travel to job sites may be required, and a valid driver’s license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
• HVAC certifications/licenses (EPA, NATE) advantageous.
• 3–5 years PM experience in HVAC/construction.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage HVAC projects from start to finish.
• Develop and manage schedules, milestones, and budgets.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with codes and safety standards.
• Provide regular progress updates and risk mitigation.
