Job summary

Daikin Applied Americas Inc. seeks a Project Coordinator II to support HVAC turnkey and contracting projects.

You will coordinate project setup, scheduling, procurement, financials, and documentation, acting as a central hub among project stakeholders to ensure on‑time, compliant delivery. Role is in-office in Orlando, with collaboration across PMs, field ops, vendors, and customers to uphold company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; additional work experience may substitute.
• 3+ years of related experience in mechanical, electrical, plumbing service or similar.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project setup and initialization, organize documentation, issue agreements and purchase orders.
• Facilitate communication among Project Managers, customers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Schedule meetings, milestones, inspections, and progress reviews; document actions.
