Job summary

Link Network is seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager in Honolulu to lead projects from award through completion. You will coordinate with estimators, engineers, field supervisors, and clients to ensure on‑time delivery, within budget, and compliant with contract requirements.

The role requires strong knowledge of HVAC systems, construction methods, and project workflows, plus the ability to read drawings, manage change orders, and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in HVAC or mechanical construction.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, construction methods, and project workflows.
• Experience managing commercial HVAC projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency with project management software and Excel.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage HVAC projects from contract award through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls.
• Coordinate with field supervisors, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Manage change orders, RFIs, and submittals.
• Track job costs, forecast project performance, and report on progress.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and local codes.
• Communicate effectively with clients, engineers, and internal teams.
• Support project closeout, documentation, and turnover.
