Job summary

Kelso Building Services is seeking an HVAC Assistant Project Manager to assist with commercial and industrial HVAC projects. You will work with experienced project leaders, helping manage schedules, budgets, submittals, and procurement while ensuring safety and quality on site.

Ideal candidates have a related degree and experience in HVAC or construction, with strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting construction or HVAC projects.
• Strong organizational skills with multiple priorities.
• Ability to maintain project records, contracts, drawings, submittals, and permits.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager through all phases of HVAC construction projects.
• Maintain organized project records and tracking of contracts, drawings, submittals, permits, and correspondence.
• Participate in kickoff meetings and transfer information from estimating to operations teams.
