Job summary

Kelso Industries, a nationwide HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, refrigeration, and electrical solutions provider, seeks a Project Manager to lead subcontractors on-site, ensuring schedules, quality, and profitability while maintaining client relationships.

The role requires 5+ years in project management within construction, a BS in Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering, HVAC knowledge, strong computer skills, and OSHA 30 is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management or equivalent.
• Experience in construction management or related field.
• Knowledge of HVAC and piping systems and construction standards.
• Familiarity with construction management software and general computer skills.
• OSHA 30 certification is a plus and may be required.
• Strong communication, time-management and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate mechanical construction projects from conception to completion.
• Plan, direct and coordinate work by subcontractors on site to meet schedules and quality goals.
• Order materials/equipment, issue subcontracts, develop billings, manage RFIs and change orders.
• Ensure project team is informed of information and contract requirements.
• Control project costs and track equipment, material, and labor.
• Monitor safety, compliance, and client relationships; ensure customer satisfaction.
