CFM Company is seeking a Project Coordinator / Inside Sales in Denver to support outside sales by handling estimating, submittals, and order coordination for HVAC projects. You will interact with contractors and manufacturers, manage project documentation, and contribute to bid outcomes in a fast-paced construction environment.

The role offers growth across three levels with base compensation ranging from $22.00 to $46.00 per hour, reflecting experience and responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience with a diploma or one year with a bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in construction, HVAC, mechanical contracting, or distribution preferred.
• Familiarity with estimating, take-offs, quoting, or project coordination.
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills; able to work fast-paced with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist outside sales with contractor bids, take-offs, estimating, and submittals.
• Enter and manage customer orders and project documentation.
• Track shipments, milestones, and project logs in the ERP system.
• Coordinate Start-Up, warranty docs, and O&M manuals with service teams.
• Support billing docs and project closeout requirements; maintain communications.
