Custom Mechanical Solutions in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Project Coordinator to oversee the administration and management of commercial HVAC projects, delivering high-quality results to our customers.

You will collaborate with our world-class project management team, learn CMS processes, and drive project success by managing schedules, coordinating budgets, and maintaining strong customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or 2+ years in project management/HVAC or related experience.
• Office environment with occasional site visits.
• Experience coordinating HVAC projects and communicating with customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage HVAC projects from $10,000 to $1,000,000.
• Maintain accurate status reports and project reviews with customers.
• Ensure timely completion by managing schedules.
• Coordinate with customers, owners, contractors, and vendors.
• Manage budgets, performance, and project close-out.
• Enter equipment orders and issue purchase orders to vendors.
• Assist PM team with required documentation from customers.
• Keep bonds and payments records for public projects.
• Visit jobsites with Sales Engineers to understand equipment.
