Job summary

AMPAM is seeking a VP of Operations for HVAC to oversee all operational aspects of HVAC systems installation in multi-family new construction projects. This role focuses on strategic leadership, overseeing field operations, prefabrication, logistics, financial performance, and ensuring quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of HVAC construction experience and at least 5 years in a senior management role. Strong communication and operational management skills are required to drive project success.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in HVAC construction operations, preferably in multi-family projects.
• 5+ years in senior management or executive operations roles.
• Experience managing prefabrication, field teams, and logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies for HVAC across projects.
• Oversee HVAC field teams, manage schedules, and ensure installations comply with standards.
• Develop and manage budgets for HVAC operations and projects.
• Implement quality control programs to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Serve as a key point of contact for developers and clients regarding HVAC operations.
