Job summary
Gradian Thermal Solutions is seeking a qualified Production Engineer to support new work in Operations, creating manufacturing packages for high-quality HVAC products. You will work with enthalpy & sensible heat exchangers, energy recovery wheels, heaters, coils, and related components.
The role emphasizes project ownership, vendor management, and collaboration with sales to ensure successful installations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- SolidWorks experience.
- 2D CAD experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities
- Project management and ownership from job release to completion.
- Purchasing components and vendor management.
- Communicate with clients and vendors to obtain materials and equipment.
- Creating manufacturing packages including shop drawings and assembly instructions.
- Providing shop/manufacturing support.
- Create engineering solutions for sheet metal design optimization.
- Participate and/or lead Continuous Improvement efforts.
- Support sales team with design review to ensure successful installation.
