Gradian Thermal Solutions is seeking a Senior Production Engineer to lead the design-to-manufacture process, mentor junior engineers, and drive continuous improvement in production transitions. The role requires strong HVAC knowledge, CAD proficiency, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure manufacturable designs and efficient production flow.

You will partner with production and engineering teams to optimize budgets, schedules, and project deliverables, delivering high-quality thermal

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited program.
• Understanding of HVAC design and psychrometric chart principles.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Experience with 3-D CAD and SolidWorks modeling.
