Gradian is seeking a qualified, innovative production engineer to join our growing organization. In Maple Grove, Minnesota, you will support new work in Operations and create manufacturing packages to produce high-quality products, working with HVAC systems and components including enthalpy exchangers, energy recovery wheels, heaters, coils, dampers, and fans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• SolidWorks experience.
• 2D CAD experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Lean Six Sigma certification (preferred).
• Experience in the commercial HVAC industry (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Project management from job release to completion.
• Purchasing components and vendor management.
• Coordinate with clients and vendors for materials and equipment.
• Create manufacturing packages with shop drawings and assembly instructions.
• Provide shop/manufacturing support.
• Develop engineering solutions for sheet metal design optimization.
• Participate in or lead Continuous Improvement efforts.
• Support sales with design review for installations.
