Job summary

Airtron Heating & Air Conditioning seeks a Production Coordinator to provide administrative and general business support to the Production and/or Installation teams. The role focuses on ensuring builder residential needs are met through scheduling, data entry, and effective communication with field staff.

The position requires 3–5 years in an office setting with strong Excel, Word, and Outlook skills, and excellent written and spoken English. On-site work in a fast-paced environment is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years in an office setting with a significant portion on the phone.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Support Production and/or Installation teams with administrative tasks.
• Schedule field employees for installations and coordinate with builders.
• Dispatch and monitor field work progress and update timekeeping.
• Communicate with customers/builders via email/text/calls to arrange services.
