What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily SOP compliance for installation crews
• Handle warranty issues, resolve client concerns, and ensure proper documentation in a professional manner
• Verify customer payments and rebates with the administrative team prior to scheduling jobs
• Manage all HERS testing and permits, including communication and coordination with cities, vendors, and customers
• Confirm installers have the proper materials and equipment for each job
• Communicate daily with crews, customers, and office staff to help keep projects on track
• Provide excellent customer service and confirm installation schedules

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of production administration experience in HVAC, construction, or plumbing
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to problem-solve and manage multiple priorities effectively
• ServiceTitan experience is a huge plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Sheets
