Job summary

You will coordinate with sales, homeowners, warehouse, installers, and permitting agencies to ensure readiness and compliance for on-time installations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in project coordination, permitting, or scheduling preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management or CRM software.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in residential HVAC, electrical, permitting, or home improvement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate installation schedules with homeowners, installers, and internal departments.
• Prepare, submit, and track permit applications; monitor inspections and compliance.
• Verify materials are ordered, received, and staged before installation; coordinate with warehouse.
• Be the primary contact for homeowners regarding scheduling, permits, inspections, and installation expectations.
