Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of experience in a production environment.
• 2+ years in a production leadership position within the last 7 years.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with blueprints and CAD drawings/renderings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees in a manufacturing/assembly environment.
• Plan and assign work, implement policies, and propose production improvements.
• Maintain safe work environment and ensure compliance with safety policies.
• Balance quality, productivity, cost, safety and morale to achieve results.
• Approve team member timecards and monitor absenteeism.
