VPE Thermal in Sacramento, CA is seeking a Scheduler to develop and fully implement the transition of an ERP system. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to support ERP engagement processes, tune output reports with scheduling, and data mine to supplement standard ERP reports.
The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing scheduling, AA degree, and strong coordination across Sales, Production and Quality to ensure materials and capacity meet production milestones.
Develop and fully implement transition of ERP system. Collaborate with key members to support the implementation of the ERP system including producing ERP engagement processes and procedures. Collaborate with scheduling to tune the desired ERP output reports. Data mine and maintain spreadsheets as appropriate for those areas where standard ERP reports are insufficient. Collaborate with project managers to make certain that all materials are ready for production on assigned jobs per schedule information. Provide resource demands for Production work centers.
Pay Range: 90-120k

AA degree from two-year college or university with a major in Business or related field and two to five years related experience as Scheduler.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of ERP software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
