Style Crest Inc. in Fremont, OH, seeks a strategic Product Manager to lead the growth and evolution of our HVAC equipment and service offerings nationwide.
You will own the vision, roadmap, and performance of a diverse HVAC portfolio, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Service Leadership, and Executive Leadership to identify growth opportunities and deliver profitable results. Responsibilities include developing strategies, market analysis, defining roadmaps, and ensuring regulatory
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, or related field.
- 5+ years in Product Management or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of residential HVAC equipment and service operations.
- Experience launching and growing products or service programs.
- Excellent analytical, presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Travel approximately 25% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product strategies to drive growth.
- Analyze market, competitors, and customer needs.
- Define roadmaps and lifecycle plans for HVAC products and services.
- Monitor regulatory requirements affecting HVAC offerings.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Leadership.
- Design, launch and manage scalable service programs across markets.
