You will own the vision, roadmap, and profitability of a diverse HVAC portfolio, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Leadership to identify opportunities and deliver results. You will drive service programs, recurring revenue, and customer retention while partnering with field teams and leadership to optimize pricing, program

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, Category Management, Sales Strategy, or a related field.
• Strong technical knowledge of residential HVAC equipment and service operations.
• Proven success launching, managing, and growing products or service programs.
• Experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, and business planning.
• Excellent analytical, presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and influence cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel ~25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies that support company growth objectives.
• Conduct market and customer analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
• Define product roadmaps, lifecycle plans, and portfolio optimization strategies.
• Monitor regulatory and industry requirements impacting HVAC products and services.
• Own the strategy, roadmap, and profitability of HVAC service offerings and recurring revenue programs.
• Design, launch, and manage scalable service programs across markets.
