Job summary

Style Crest Inc. is seeking a strategic Product Manager to lead the growth of HVAC equipment and service offerings nationwide.

You will own the vision, roadmap, and performance of a diverse portfolio, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Leadership to drive growth and profitability. You will shape pricing, lifecycle management, and service programs, while ensuring customer value and retention across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in Product Management or related field.
• Strong technical knowledge of residential HVAC equipment and service operations.
• Proven success launching, managing, and growing products or service programs.
• Experience with market research, competitive analysis, and business planning.
• Excellent analytical, presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Develop product strategy, roadmaps, and portfolio optimization for HVAC offerings.
• Conduct market, competitive, and customer analyses to identify opportunities.
• Define lifecycle plans and profitability for products and services.
• Own service offerings, maintenance agreements, subscriptions, and recurring revenue programs.
• Design pricing structures, bundled services, and renewal programs; monitor KPIs.
• Create sales tools, training materials, and product positioning; support launches.
