Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Business or related.
7+ years of strategic development experience, including 2–3 years in strategy consulting.
Experience in complex, matrixed organizations and in strategy consulting.
Ability to deliver concrete outcomes and influence stakeholders beyond formal lines.
Strong teamwork, project management and business acumen.
Self-motivated, proactive with strong prioritization and decision-making.

Responsibilities

Lead Market Intelligence: analyze infrastructure trends, tech shifts, and competition.
Support Portfolio and Product Strategy: define roadmaps and align investments.
Support M&A and Partnerships Roadmap: evaluate targets and strategic fit.
Strategic Planning and Execution: develop long-term plans with clear roadmaps.
Program management and Stakeholder Engagement: manage globally and report to leadership.
Mentorship: guide junior managers and build program capabilities.
