Job summary

Style Crest is seeking a regional HVAC Service & Operations Manager to lead service and installation operations across Missouri, Oklahoma, and Kansas. This role emphasizes improving field execution, delivering a superior customer experience, and driving growth while coordinating with local teams and leadership.

The ideal candidate will have 5–7+ years in HVAC service/installation, proven leadership in field-based settings, and strong oversight of scheduling, budgeting, and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7+ years of HVAC service and/or installation experience.
• Proven success leading teams in a field-based or service environment.
• EPA certification required. Master Mechanical license preferred.
• Willingness to obtain or maintain state HVAC/Electrical licenses (if applicable).
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory MVR.

Responsibilities

• Full leadership of HVAC service and installation operations across Missouri, Oklahoma, and Kansas.
• Oversee scheduling, dispatch, workflow, and billing to ensure accuracy and responsiveness.
• Monitor service performance and proactively solve issues before they impact customers.
• Maintain high standards for HVAC installation and service work and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage service department financials, including budgeting and performance tracking.
