Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or production environments, preferably HVAC-related.
• Strong knowledge of production planning and workflow optimization.
• Proven quality control experience and ability to lead teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to motivate staff.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems; familiarity with lean/Six Sigma is a plus.
• Commitment to safety, OSHA compliance, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating production schedules to meet customer demand and inventory targets.
• Supervise production staff, ensuring safety, quality standards, and SOP adherence.
• Monitor workflow and identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency gains.
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and quality teams to resolve production issues.
• Support training and development initiatives for production employees.
• Participate in daily production meetings and report key metrics to management.
• Lead by example to foster accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
