Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in commercial HVAC maintenance.
Completion of an HVAC training program is preferred.
EPA certification is required.
Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in physically demanding environments.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Travel to commercial properties as scheduled.
Perform routine maintenance on commercial HVAC systems, including air handlers, rooftop units, chillers, cooling towers, and boilers.
Conduct detailed inspections to identify potential issues before they escalate.
Check refrigerant levels, belts, motors, filters, and overall system performance.
Clean coils, fans, and other essential components to ensure efficiency.
Maintain accurate inventory of equipment, HVAC tools, and resources.
Document and report maintenance findings, recommendations, and completed work.
Assist senior technicians with repairs or system upgrades as needed.
