What You’ll Do

As an HVAC Preventative Maintenance Technician, you will provide maintenance for residential HVAC systems, discuss findings with the homeowners, and make the agreed-upon repairs and/or installations with the assistance of our service technicians.

Basic Requirements (Required Skills/ Experience)

Residential HVAC experience is preferred
Customer Service experience
Ability to obtain Mech 4 and EPA certifications within 90 days of start date
Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform typical tasks associated to HVAC maintenance
Clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Adaptability to constantly changing business needs and additional responsibilities

Compensation

Average $25.00/hour

Compensation based on performance measured in metrics on monthly scorecards
