Dilling Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical in Charlotte, NC is seeking an HVAC Maintenance Technician to service, maintain, and improve residential systems. You will troubleshoot issues, perform preventive maintenance, install parts, and document work to ensure reliable performance.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of residential HVAC experience, basic safety knowledge, and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum residential HVAC service experience.
• Sales and customer service experience required.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC codes and safety procedures is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and troubleshoot HVAC systems to identify issues and determine repairs.
• Perform routine maintenance such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts.
• Test system performance and efficiency with specialized tools.
• Install, repair, or replace defective HVAC components.
• Identify upgrades to improve performance and energy efficiency.
• Keep accurate maintenance and repair records.
• Comply with safety regulations on job sites.

Compensation:

• $50,000 - $95,000+/yr

What YOU Will Do:

• Inspect and troubleshoot HVAC systems to identify issues and determine necessary repairs

What We Need from YOU:

• 1 year of residential HVAC service experience minimum
• Basic knowledge of the HVAC codes and safety procedures
• Experience managing a fleet vehicle and product inventory
• Sales and Customer Service Experience required
• Must pass motor vehicle & background check and drug screen
• Superb customer service skills, honest, dependable, and reliable
• Physical dexterity
