Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a construction or engineering discipline or 5+ years of plumbing/HVAC service experience or an equivalent combo.
• At least 1 year of plumbing/HVAC service estimating experience preferred.
• Experience with computerized estimating programs preferred.
• Ability to read construction documents and communicate clearly.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic Windows navigation.

• Assist in preparing accurate, competitive construction bids using up-to-date estimating tech.
• Collaborate with Estimating Team and Management to build and maintain client relationships.
• Maintain estimating data and standardized practices within the department.
