Job summary

Mechanical Products Nevada is seeking a Service Estimating Coordinator to manage service opportunities from lead review through billing handoff. You will confirm scope, prepare quotes, coordinate scheduling, technician dispatch, work-order documentation, and billing handoff, collaborating with the Service Manager, technicians, customers, vendors, and internal teams.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree or equivalent experience, strong MS Office skills, and familiarity with ERP/CRM systems

Qualifications

Associate degree in business, construction, engineering, HVAC, or related field; or equivalent with 3+ years of relevant experience.
Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Experience with ERP/CRM systems; familiarity with Dynamics 365 Field Service, Experlogix, or Smartsheet is preferred.
HVAC/mechanical contracting or field service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Review leads and confirm scope, contact, jobsite, labor hours, parts, and equipment assets.
Qualify leads, create opportunities in Dynamics 365 Field Service and Experlogix, assign to service teams.
Develop estimates including labor, expenses, materials, and vendor services.
Coordinate pricing, availability, and lead times for required parts and services.
Prepare and send quotes, track status, and update opportunity stage.
